Seek Help Identifying Orchestral Music Box

I am in need of some assistance in identifying a Orchestral music box.
It is a larger box with a 16" cylinder, drum, bells with bee strikers
and castanets.  I can find no identifying marks.  I do have the tune
card and I understand that this may (or may not) aid in identifying the
box.  I am hoping I can email pictures to someone with the resources to
help identify this box.
