Help for Player Piano in Washington

Hi John,  I would second Ken Marts' opinion.  Look at the holes in the
rolls when they are off.  Are they closely registered with the holes in
the tracker bar, or can you see parts of two tracker bar holes through
the roll?  If so, the tracker is off center or there is serious damage
to one side or both of the roll paper.
