Seek Repair of O-roll Spool Frame

Is there anyone out there that would take an O-roll frame and go over
it to make it function properly?  I have new motors but it does not
rewind properly.

 [ Marv tells me the spool frame has separate motors for the upper
 [ and lower spools and looks similar to ones sold by Player Piano
 [ Company.  He wrote previously in MMDigest that the instrument
 [ was built by Nickelodeon Piano Company, Huntsville, Alabama.  Ref.
