Seek Duo-Art Push-Pull Electric Power Switch

Does anyone have a Duo-Art push-pull switch, or a source for one of
these?  I have been successful at repairing one, as long as it's just
the contact and everything else is there.  Player Piano Parts Inc. used
to have a limited amount but I don't think they have any anymore.
