Replacement Value of Steinway XR Reproducing Piano

Hello Friends,  I'm helping a local piano moving company and we
need to get some "comparable" prices for a Steinway XR.  If you have
bought or sold a Steinway XR in the past couple of years, or have sure
knowledge of a Steinway XR sale, could you let me know the price, and
