Unknown Ampico Roll Recut by Ray Siou

I recently found in my collection a Ray Siou recut Ampico multi-tune
roll which had a white piece of tape with the number "#62" affixed to
the box.  Unfortunately Ray never mailed me a label for either the
roll or the roll box, so I cannot identify the four tunes: a waltz
and three foxtrots.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
