Player Piano Basics

I've got my first player piano project.  Is there a site or page that
will give me the basics?  For instance, this piano has a set of five
small bellows up above the keys (not the ones that work the keys, got
88 of those).  What do those five small ones do?

  [ you have read thoroughly Arthur Reblitz's excellent "Player Piano
  [ Servicing and Rebuilding."
