Mechanical Music Article in Wall Street Journal
By Ken Rubin

I haven't seen this made mention of, but a wonderful article appeared
in Wall Street Journal on November 17-18, titled, "Mechanical Music
Goes to Market." It mentions Bill Edgerton, Steve Ryder, and Jasper
Sanfilippo and discusses automatons, music boxes, player pianos, and
phonographs. It pictures a Welte Wotan from the Milhous collection for
$1,092,500 and mentions "restored automatons-windup dolls that perform
to a score- can sell for $200,000." Great exposure for our hobby!
