Seek "Take Five" Piano Roll QRS 11015

I'm looking for a copy of "Take Five", QRS 11015.  This roll is
in their current catalog but it is sold out, and I was told that
there are no immediate plans to re-cut it.

There is a player piano dealer in Australia that has this roll
(both new and used copies) in stock, but the postage is rather
steep: $35 to the USA.  Any leads would be appreciated.
