Hardwood Plywood in Large Pneumatics
By Nathan Woodhull

Concerning the use of plywood as opposed to straight wood, to me the
main issue with straight wood is warping. Plywood will stay straight
and is also much stronger than plain wood. My favorite is a product,
made in some part of the former Soviet Union, called Baltic birch. It
is readily available and not too expensive. Its strength is beyond
belief!
