Seek Ampico A Drawer Covers & Control Knobs

We have been given a Knabe Ampico A which is missing the drawer covers,
both top and bottom, and the control knobs. We would like to make new
top covers, but a long search has not turned up a decent photo of an
open drawer with covers. We would greatly appreciate such a photo.
