Sound Font for Wurlitzer Band Organs
By David Back

I have made software Wurlitzer 125, 150 and 165 band organs. These
are all fully instrumented and have fully activated stops and shutters.
They directly play MIDI-formatted Wurlitzer e-rolls using a customised
sound font.

You can download these organs at my website https://midimusic.github.io/
and try them out by playing e-rolls from my Wurlitzer e-roll archive.
In particular you can play my Wurlitzer 165 Test e-roll. This roll
cleanly plays every available note using all stops and shutters.

In order to get my organs making the proper Wurlitzer sound I need
proper Wurlitzer samples for the MIDI sound font. Thus I need help
from someone who has a Wurlitzer 165 organ in good playing order which
can play MIDI e-rolls. I need a good clean sound recording of my
Wurlitzer 165 "Test" e-roll as played on this organ. I can provide
a copy of this roll in any MIDI e-roll format. If you can help with
this project please contact me by e-mail [below].

I will fully credit the source of the sound font on my website above
and the software organs and sound font will be available for download.
