Music Box Comb Doesn't Match the Cylinder

I think you are correct to assume that the comb has been replaced.
Before you attempt to move it over to make it fit, you must assume
that the person who replaced the comb found one that had the correct
notes to play the tune pinned on the cylinder.  Moving the comb might
line up incorrect notes with the pins!
