Video Camera Reads Piano Roll in Real Time

Following a thread on the Player Piano Talk Forum, a subscriber posted
an interesting YouTube clip.  It is a clever piece of software and it
would appear to be able to emulate Duo-Art and Ampico.  In the video it
is shown driving an electronic keyboard from a tablet computer but my
question is where can one get it?
