FS Free: Carousel Sound Program for Windows 10

In reviewing the free downloaded carousel.zip file [160806 MMD],
I discovered that it was not constructed correctly.  Please
re-download the [free] zip file at http://www.kptware.com/ 

If you have previously installed the program, please uninstall the
old program and install the new program since I also made a minor
program modification.  Please contact me if you need additional
clarification concerning using the program.
