Seek Holtzer-Cabot Motor Parts for Orchestrion

I need these parts to repair a large motor out of a Wurlitzer orchestra
piano:

(1) Oil wick well cover/cap
(2) Shaft oil retainer rings (thin fiber)
(3) Shaft bushing sleeves
