Seek English Translation of German Welte Manual

I'm restoring a German-made Bechstein upright with Welte-Mignon
original mechanism (T-100 "Red" rolls).  I have its detailed original
technical manual but, obviously, it's written in German -- I can
understand only some words and the pictures.

Has some MMDer an English translation of the German manual?  I heard
of Mr. Frank Adams of Seattle, who made some reprint about German Welte
pianos.  Can someone help?
