Hi Everyone,  I apologize that this is going out to all of you as
a group rather than individually.  The last month through now have
been and continue to be very trying and difficult ones here.  I was
sick for three weeks with a very serious staph infection, and then
Stephen, after taking a very bad fall onto his backside, ended up
in the emergency room and then in the hospital.

We now know that he badly fractured his back, and while the surgeons
have been able to brace him he must lay flat for six weeks minimum;
his pain is at the level that they are giving him morphine by IV.

During this time of rest he developed pneumonia and he went into
pulmonary arrest and wild heart rhythm, they now have him in the
Intensive Care Unit on a ventilator.  He is heavily sedated and resting.
They hope to have him out of ICU by next week and into a regular room.
