I have one of the A roll frames that came from Player Piano Company.
I bought someone's unfinished nickelodeon project many years ago and
the roll frame was part of it.  The piano portion was a disaster so
the piano was parted out many years ago.

What I have left are miscellaneous components like drums, cymbal,
block, and the "A" roll frame.  Everything is in a storage building.
