No Source Of Thin Rubberized Cloth
By John Page, UK

As a (European) organ builder I don't have much use for rubberized
cloth, except the odd occasion I'm restoring a reed organ. We all know
that rubber perishes over time, which is one of the reasons for these
instruments needing restoration in the first place. Perhaps the cloth
manufacturers also know that, which maybe is why they stopped making it.

Has anyone tried locating "airtight cloth" or " airtight fabric"? There
could be a perfectly acceptable alternative out there. With the danger
of instruments being scrapped because of lack of replacement material,
what is there to lose?
