Seek Ampico Rolls played by Erwin Nyiregyhazi
By Frank Himpsl

Hello Friends, Several folks have expressed interest in
Mr. Nyiregyhazi's Ampico rolls. Of his 12 Ampico recordings,
I am missing five titles. These are

67583 Au Jardin de Vieux Serail; from "Turquie" (Blanchet)
64283 Danse de Salome (Glazunov-Stcherbatchev)
62281 Etude Heroique; Op. 48, No. 3 (Leschetizky)
60131 Prelude; Op. 34, No. 1 (Sinding)
62703 Rhapsodie in Bm; Op. 79, No. 1 (Brahms)

The recordings are exclusively for posting on YouTube, played
on a Stahnke LX equipped grand piano. My existing Nyiregyhazi
roll recordings are already published on YouTube on my channel:

If pre-existing optical scans would be available for this purpose, the
donor's kindness would be most highly valued and of course acknowledged
on the video. Like material is generously offered in exchange.

Alternately, I can optically scan either original or recut copies
of the piano rolls.  This would preferably be on a quick loan basis;
I have no need for the rolls physically other than recording.

Advance thanks to any who may be of assistance.

Frank L. Himpsl
