Hi Troy,  I don't personally know of  "Lloyd G. Kelley Musical Dancing
Dolls Hanover, Mass."  However, based on the fact that his stamp was
inside the bird box, I would speculate that he likely serviced the
box at some time.  Had he been a retailer, I would have expected his
sticker or stamp to be on the outside of the cabinet where a consumer
would be able to see his name and location.
