Unknown Band Organ "Dixie" & "Yankee Doodle"

Hello, I have a recording of this medley of "Dixie" plus "Yankee
Doodle" that I have been trying to identify with no luck.  It's not
the "Taj Mahal" recording nor the 1912 National calliope heard on
the recording "The Circus is Coming".

If anyone can please tell me where this recording came from it would
be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
