Passing of Mark S. Chester, Carousel Enthusiast

A correction to Mark Chester's death date.  Mark's sister says Mark
died March 22, 2020, not March 23, as reported.

Funny that I have not found any official death notice or obituary
for Mark in any Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, source or anywhere.
