Marked Tempo of Ampico "Carnaval" Rolls

Allen, I have the 4-roll set of "Carnaval" you are asking about.
They are recuts by BluesTone.  The Tempo markings are:

Part 1: Tempo 95
Part 2: Tempo 85
Part 3: Tempo 90
Part 4: Tempo 95

As you can see these tempos are completely different from the ones
you posted.  So which ones are correct?  Does anybody have any idea?

This is not the first time I have come across rolls with the same roll
number but have different Tempo markings.
