Ref. 200608 MMDigest -- This is wonderful information.  Special
thanks to Julian Dyer who found a photograph of Khvoshchinsky and
to Frank Himpsl who came up with a list of his works.  I was able
to use Google translate to see the Russian webpage that Julian
Dyer found and it certainly seems definitive.  Thanks to all who
contributed to the information!
