I have posted about this once before,  but I am still looking for
a complete stack for an upright Kranich & Bach player.  I suspect
the exact same stack was used in their small grands (usually with
a Welte Licensee expression action) also.

The design of their actions was very unique and requires special
fixtures and tooling to create the pouches and valve punchings.
Although unusual, it appears to me that they were exceptionally
efficient and fast acting.  I would be interested even if you have
the complete piano (upright or grand).

I have attached a drawing of the Kranich & Bach player action with
some additional drawings that show how the movement of the pneumatic
is transferred to raise the sticker on the piano action.
