Unknown Adhesive in Kranich & Bach Player Action
By Craig Smith

Hi Dave, I don't know if this is your answer, but here's another
possible adhesive that you should consider. It's used to seal the
reeds of an accordion to their mounting board.

It is applied hot using a special tool that has a small cup on the
end with a conical hole at the bottom. You draw the tool along the
joint, leaving a bead of 'glue' along the joint.

I've found it inside several organettes. I think it's a mix of wax
and some sort of glue.

Regards,
Craig Smith
