I am currently working on a Standard player piano action which has the
old pneumatics already stripped and I would like confirmation on the
span of the action pneumatics.

Are they 1.25 inches or 1.5 inches or does it matter as long as they
are all the same? It has been a number of years since I have worked on
a Standard action, or any player for that matter, and I honestly don't
remember!
