Coinola Spool Frame Maintenance
By Don Teach

[ Ref. Mike Jardin in 210613 MMDigest ]

On a Reproduco playing the ten-tune style OS or NOS music rolls,
no oil is needed to adjust the tracker bar. Over time some types of
tubing will harden, or worse will bond together into a tight mess.

With the music roll off [removed] you can grab the tracker bar and
move it left to right while adjusting the knurled adjustment on the
right side of the frame. The tracker bar has to move only 1/16-inch
in most cases.

Make sure your roll is on its spool correctly. Tap the roll down on
a flat surface to help shift the paper to one side.
