Passing of John Hayek, NCA Merry-Go-Roundup Editor

I just read the notice of the passing of John Hayek in the current issue
of the National Carousel Association's journal, "The Merry-Go-Roundup".
John died October 24, 2021 at the age of 91. 

He was a past president of NCA and editor of its journal. The organization
will publish a tribute to him in the next issue of its Merry-Go-Roundup.

Rest in peace, John. We are grateful for all you accomplished in life.
