An inventory in Kinloch Castle, Isle of Rum, Scotland, lists a
"Sympletta Piano". Apart from one ad in a Dutch newspaper --
"Goudsche Courant", 27 July 1911 -- I have been unable to find any
information about this instrument. The ad has this text (no picture):
Prijs: f 700; Markt 7, Gouda, Valeriusstraat 122, Den Haag
An automatic translation reads as follows:
The "Sympletta" piano is the only instrument that never falters
or deviates, can be operated by foot, and has a ten-year written
guarantee. Certificates of satisfaction are available for inspection.
From now on you can view it in the shop for Pianos, Organs and other
musical instruments. ...
Any information much appreciated.
