I have been exchanging emails with someone in Latvia who has recently
purchased a Weber (London) electric-only Duo-Art grand. It has been
working satisfactorily for a couple of weeks, and has now lost power.

I have given them some advice and have sent them some technical paperwork
by Post, but I don't think that they are very technically-minded and
would really appreciate some practical help.

Is there anyone in the Riva, Latvia, area that could oblige?
