Piano Action Problems in Kohler & Campbell Player

No piano made after 1900 had key dip greater than 7/16 inch. Most,
if not all, player pianos made in USA had a factory dip of 3/8 inch.
Distance of the hammers from the strings varied from 1-3/4 inch to
1-7/8 inch, with 1-3/4 used most of time in uprights.
