Seek Marshall Jose, Rollscanner
By Piotr Barcz
I'm sending out a call for Marshall Jose to shoot me an email as
I lost his and he scanned a roll I happen to also own and have
been looking for a proper scan of for years: US Music 44893,
"Get Out and Get Under The Moon." :D
I'm also formulating a scheme for next year to probably build a new
perforator using Spencer Chase's updated designs and a 20-watt laser
so assuming this year doesn't leave me broke and without options
I might be able to resume cutting rolls again and that one is a
priority.
I also have good news that Mike Swanson has completed scanning a
couple dozen rolls from me so I'd like to thank him profusely for
that and I will likely send the files here for others to make use of
as well. One of them is an exceedingly rare Imperial roll of "Alice
In Wonderland" and the alternate take of "Rosalie" by J. Lawrence
Cook that I made quite a fuss over several times!
On another related note: everyone should go check out Bill Luecht's
recent videos on his channel of his new rolls with lyrics on them
because that is definitely worth seeing!
Anyhow, wishing all the best for all of our wonderful members of the
mechanical music world -- Cheers!
