After Spencer Chase died his website quickly disappeared, although
there is talk about someone making files available -- especially the
emulations that can be purchased.

His website contained a treasure trove of free MIDI utilities.
Fortunately, many of these can still be accessed and downloaded
through a free website operated by The Internet Archive, called
the "Wayback Machine", at https://web.archive.org/
