Hi everyone, One of our world's best mechanical music channels,
MechanicMusic45, has finally met its demise. I believe the fellow
who ran it was a friend of John Taber.

If anyone has any of the videos downloaded in high quality then
please do hang onto those. (I would advise not reposting though,
unless we know that the guy who ran the channel is still around and
wouldn't mind or if he's also passed on, which I hope isn't the case).

It's very sad news for anyone who likes high quality recordings of
player pianos, as MM45 had some really wonderful recording techniques
and his Stroud and Harrington player pianos were unlike any others
in terms of their unique deep and gutteral tonal qualities.
