Re: "New" Reproducing Rolls
By Robbie Rhodes

In digest 95.09.22 Marc Sachnoff inquired about availability of new
performances coded for Ampico, Welte and Duo-Art.

Chicago AMICA produced a fine set of Ampico rolls played by Leo Podolsky,
and coded by Ampico expert Bob Taylor (now residing in Missouri). The
product was available in either Medium spools/boxes or as two Jumbo
rolls. I understand 70 sets ultimately were sold.

Chicago AMICA also produced the "St. Louis Blues" roll, played by
John Arpin and coded again by Bob Taylor.

For information on both of these productions you may write to
Rob DeLand, BluesTone Music Rolls, 485 Gatewood Lane, Greyslake, IL 60030.
