FTP Sites for Midi Files
By Terry Smythe

Several months ago, I installed a Sound Blaster card in my
home computer, but never really much with it. Until
recently that is.......

I visited that ragtimer ftp site that has a large number of
.mid files of ragtime and related music, and brought in about
60 of them. About 50 of them work with the Sound Blaster
software just fine, I can queue them up for continuous
sequential performance, tuck it into the background and have
several hours of uninterrupted music while I continue on
with other work (within Windows). Great new addition!

Flushed with success, I'm now poking around the 'Net hoping to
find other music that may be of interest, such as the light
familiar classics, other player piano music (?), or
whatever.

Any suggestions?

Regards,

Terry
