Introduction and 1915 Steinway / Duo-Art Parts Needed
By Herb Lindahl

Hello

My name is Herb Lindahl. I am a full time Piano Technician from South
Windsor CT. I have been restoring old player and reproducing pianos
for 18 years as a part of my work. I am delighted to find this forum,
and are looking forward to using it as often as I can.

I am currently looking for parts for a 1915 Steinway Duo-Art Grand Piano.
All parts above the keyboard are missing. These include the wind motor,
spoolbox, tracker mechanism, theme primary valves, all linkages above keys,
etc. I welcome any correspondence concerning these items. Also, I am
presently looking for information concerning a Universal Player Piano I have,
that was manufactured during the early 1980's. I would like to find a service
manual, or wiring diagram for this unit. If anyone has one, I would like to
hear from you. This player is a combination electric/pneumatic. The roll
drive is a small electric motor. It has a conventional stack with valves and
pneumatics.

Thanks very much!

Herb Lindahl
