There is no need to "replace" the bellows or any other parts except
rubberized cloth, hoses and leather pouches and valve facings.   Aeolean
actions are one of the easier to restore.  I do a lot of player restoration
by mail.  I can send you ful instructions on removing and re-installing
the player action.  If you like more information please drop me a line.
