When I was the Editor of the MBSI Directory, we always included a listing of
museums etc. on a couple pages in the back.  I think that Gary Stevenson did
also when he took over in '94.  The older lists were somewhat out of day
because the museums were not very good at returning questionnaires but I think
there was a concerted effort recently to get the list up to date.
