Joe Hutter asks for the addresses (subscription addresses) of the 
Society of Friends of Mechanical Musical Instruments              
(Gesellschaft der Freunde, undsoweiter ...)  and  for information 
about other related societies.  The second page of  each issue of 
the  AMICA Bulletin carries these addresses.  (I  see  Joe  is  a 
member of  both AMICA and MBSI)  The AMICA  and  MBSI directories 
list several related organizations. 
       
As for the Musical Box Society of GB, the closest I could come is 
a listing in the 1994 MBSI directory (on  p.  47) for the Musical 
Box Society Library, 159 Beatrice Road, Kettering,                
Northamptonshire, England, NN16 9QR, British Isles, 0536-523988.  
But  I'm sure others on  the list will provide better information 
on that society than I could.
