Dear Jody,

I just heard that long time mechanical music collector, Claes Friberg,
of Denmark, has died suddenly.  For those of you who have the Bowers
"Encyclopedia of Automaticl Musical Instruments,"  Claes is pictured
frequently with some of his collection. He was instrumental in helping
Mr.  Bowers collect some of the information on European Automatic
Musical Instruments. Mr. Frieberg was 51 years old.
