I have wrote before about a 28 key street organ that I am building and
have a slight problem that someone might be able to help with.  The
reservoir is covered with heavy bellows cloth and uses 1/16" plywood
stiffeners.  When I glued the cloth on I did not get the stiffeners
close enough to the edge of the bellows to prevent it from popping
before the "safety value" opens.  Only one side pops.  The organ operates
on 6.5" water pressure.  My question is can I re-heat the hide glue,
slide the cloth and let it dry again or is the only solution to remove
the cloth entirely and start over?  It's not a major problem.  I can get
around the problem by having the safety valve open before the bellows
has a chance to pop.  Any suggestions?  Dave
