Craig Brougher's New Springs
By George Bogatko

Folks, when I read about Craig's springs, I sent away for a pair.

Well, I got the springs, and installed them, and my jaw hit the floor.

There are things in these rolls that I just *knew* were buried there,
but have been fussing and worrying the machine to no end trying to
get. All the soft portions are now really playing and not pretending,
and the loud parts roar without just being brutish. I've never been
able to get the balance this nice before.

One roll "Gardens in the Rain" has single accented notes in a forest of
notes, and now they are all coming out clear as a bell. There are
Vincent Lopez rolls (the ones that Fairchild did) that have inner voice
thingies that I just never knew were there. Rachmaninoff sings again.

By all means, buy a set. At $9, it's the best investment you'll ever
make on your 'A'.
