Re: MBSI Convention Hotel Rooms
By Angelo Rulli

Dear Glenn,

Thanks for the note about the fiasco with the Hyatt reservations. The
problem is simple, the staff at Schaumburg hasn't been able to get the
correct information to the worldwide reservations staff in Omaha.

We have a legal, binding, contract with the hotel which guarantees a
rate of $79 per room for up to four people from Aug. 28-Aug.31 and the
same rate for up to three days before and after the meeting. This
matter will be resolved tomorrow morning. Until then, our members have
been given some strange information. As of this evening, callers to the
800 number are being told that there are no rooms left for any of the
meeting dates! Suffice it to say that the Hyatt is no shining at this
moment.

It may take until Tuesday, but I have no doubt this matter will be
resolved. I suppose it's possible that 250 rooms sold out the first
five days of registration, but I sincerely doubt it.

Sorry or the hassle. Murphy lurks around every corner. Looking forward
to seeing you in Chicago. It will be a time to remember.

I'll continue to post updates with Jody.

Regards,

Angelo
