Hi everybody.  I was interested to see Mr./Ms. Linnstaedt's item on the
F-P Record Player in the Digest of June 13th.  We have had one of these
at home for years.  It was bought new when my kids were little; now my
grandchildren play with it.  It still has its full set of discs; I
think there are six, but I would have to look at home to be sure.
Because Fisher-Price toys are very tough and also because my wife makes
sure that playthings are looked after, the record player still works
almost perfectly.  One note sounds a bit tinny; I suppose one of the
teeth is in the comb is touching something it shouldn't.

If Mr./Ms. Linnstaedt (I'm not trying to be smart here, by the way,
your name was not at the end of your message) would like a list of the
tunes on our discs, I'd be happy to get the player out for a look.
