Re: Macintosh Un-zip Software
By Rob DeLand

In response to Jack Conway's quest to Un-zip on a Macintosh, I have the
answer! I had the same problem a few months ago when trying to download
some ragtime files from the web which had been zipped. It looked like
I was stuck with the procedure Robbie mentioned (unzipping on a PC then
moving the file to a Mac) when I discovered the utility you need, which
is called ZipIt. It is Shareware ($15) and you can find it at:

    http://www.hotfiles.com/swbrowse/MC10/5/2/mac-MC10527.html

The file is 358k (V1.3.5), and it works great. Granted, I had to read
the instructions to figure it out, but if you follow them you should
have no problems. If you don't have web access I could probably find a
phone number or address for you to pursue it directly.
