Several of you have sent in suggestions for improvements to the
FTP site organization.  In particular, I'm going to be looking at
changes that will make it easier to use for those of you with slow
links.

Also, I've received a number of reports of "problems" accessing
files in the FTP archive, or even accessing the index.  The clock
on Foxtail is synchronized to WWV (U.S. National Bureau of Standards
or whatever its called now), so I'm very interested in "bug reports"
with the following information:

    Date and time
    Host name you were connecting from (or IP number)
    The error you observed.

    Send reports to:   rollreq@foxtail.com

I'll correlate the bug reports to the timestamped logfile maintained
by the FTP server and hopefully will get to the source of the
problem.
